Yes, your order confirmation email is your official invoice and proof of purchase. You will receive a delivery or store pick-up confirmation email once the order has been processed (to be kept in your files).

Yes, the person indicated as being delegated to receive an order is mandatory if applicable. This person must present a picture ID and the order number when receiving the order or picking it up in store. See our shipping, delivery and pick-up conditions for more details.
Yes, the purpose is to ensure that we are able to contact this person in case of an issue and thus provide the best possible service during the recovery process (delivery or pick-up).
The delivery or preparation time can vary from 2 to 10 business days. The delivery delay for clothing can be up to 20 business days. An email tracking your order will be sent to you when it is on its way or ready to be picked up at the site. If the delay is longer due to conditions beyond our control, an email notification will be sent to you with the details to follow.
Yes, it is possible to cancel an order if it is not yet in process. If the order is already in transit, it is not possible to cancel it. It is not possible to make a partial cancellation, you can only cancel the whole order.
Deliveries and/or pick-ups are possible from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM local time.
